Each webinar session is 45 minutes long; this includes a 30-minute presentation, followed by a 15-minute Q & A.

The login information for each webinar will be sent to registrants the morning of the scheduled session.

The Top Fleet Employers Program recognizes the importance of having sound HR policies and practices in the trucking industry. It recognizes fleets that offer the best workplaces in Canada's trucking industry, as reflected in the broad range of human resources policies and programs that they have in place. In 2018, a total of 52 fleets were recognized as Top Fleet Employers.

This webinar will provide insight in to what it means to be classified as a Top Fleet Employer, focusing on topics such as recruitment and retention, workplace culture, compensation and benefits, training and performance management, and innovation. 

A 15-minute Q&A will take place at the end of the webinar, where participants will be able to ask questions live. 




Registrations for individual webinars are refundable up to one week before the scheduled webinar, and a $25 cancellation fee applies. Registrations are transferable up to one day before. No refund will be issued for the purchase of the webinar series at the discounted rate. Should you not contact us within these timelines, and should you not participate, no refund will be issued.
