Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention 101 – Conducting a Workplace Risk Assessment

A must attend info session for:  Federally regulated employers in trucking and logistics. HR leaders and managers. Industry professionals.

Under recent changes to the Canada Labour Code, employers have new obligations when it comes to addressing harassment and violence in the workplace. Employers must now conduct a workplace assessment to identify and prevent risks of harassment and violence.

In the third installment of this webinar series — We’ll examine:

  • Sources of risk that are relevant to the trucking industry
  •  What employers need to factor into their risk assessment
  •  Regulatory requirements linked to the workplace assessment process

We will also provide an overview of available THRC tools, training and resources to guide you in meeting new compliance requirements.

Registration is free and we look forward to hosting you.
