THRC launched this program in 2025 to spotlight organizations leading the way in creating great workplaces for women and taking concrete action to recruit, retain, and support women, encourage their success, and showcase opportunities in our sector for a fulfilling career.

The Women’s Leadership Accord represents a shared commitment among organizations to ensure opportunities for women and other under-represented groups in our workforces.
