Tickets now available for the 2025 Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala
OTTAWA, ON (April 7, 2025) — Trucking HR Canada is pleased to announce tickets and tables are now on sale for the 12th annual Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala.
This evening of celebration and networking will spotlight 108 organizations, the largest number ever recognized in the program’s history, that have achieved Top Fleet Employer status in 2025. This year’s Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala takes place in Toronto on Wednesday October 15.
“We look forward to the Top Fleet Employers Awards Gala every year,” says Angela Splinter, CEO, Trucking HR Canada. “It’s our sector’s time to shine and celebrate our achievements, as well the companies that are leading the way in innovation, resilience, and outstanding HR excellence.”
The Top Fleet Employers program is a national initiative that recognizes companies with HR policies and practices that meet the highest standards in our sector. It is not a competition, but a rigorous review process where applicants are evaluated based on multiple criteria, including the results of an employee survey.
During the evening, awards are presented to Top Small Fleet, Top Medium Fleet, Top Large Fleet, Top Private Fleet/Fleet Services, along with nine Achievement of Excellence Awards: Community Engagement, Employee Engagement, HR Innovation, HR Leadership, Training and Skills Development, Women in the Workplace, Workplace Culture, Workplace Diversity and Inclusion, Workplace Wellness and Mental Health. As always, the evening caps off with the coveted HR Leader of the Year.
The sparkling night of awards, delicious food, and celebrating industry connection is being held at Toronto’s Palais Royale. Built in 1922, this remarkable art deco building is one of Toronto’s premier event venues.
After the Top Fleet Employers Gala awards ceremony, continue networking with the best in the sector as all TFE’s celebrate their own outstanding achievement in the trucking and logistics industry.
Gala tickets are $475 each plus tax. Tables of 10 are $4,700 plus tax.
