Trucking HR Canada welcomes new Board members

OTTAWA, ON (July 28, 2025) — Trucking HR Canada (THRC) welcomed two new Board members today: Carla Kaneski, Chief Financial Officer, Arnold Bros. Transport Ltd., and Stephen Newton, Senior Vice President, National Transportation Consultant, Marsh Canada.
Ms. Kaneski brings over thirteen years of experience, demonstrating leadership in operational excellence through automation, cross-functional collaboration, and employee retention strategies. Mr. Newton offers three decades of expertise in the transportation sector, specializing in safety management for large fleets.

Their expertise and insight provide strategic direction, empowering THRC staff to develop and implement programs and projects that ensure industry employers have the skilled workforce needed today and into the future.
Splinter also thanked outgoing Board member John Foss, Vice President of National Accounts, Trailcon Leasing Inc. for his years of service and contributions.
