Our mission

Our mission is to grow a competitive and sustainable supply chain — diversely, equitably, and inclusively.

What we do

Trucking HR Canada is the national authority on workforce strategy for Canada’s trucking and logistics sector. We are our sector’s national workforce development council* and operate under a results-driven governance model, serving the needs of over 700,000 workers across the country.

Through continuous labour market monitoring by our economists and strong collaboration with employers and industry stakeholders, THRC develops timely, measurable, and sustainable workforce solutions to support a skilled freight transportation workforce—both now and into the future.

We are a trusted and proven partner in the delivery of workforce development programs.

*Note: Workforce development councils exist across every major segment of the economy. THRC is the trucking and logistics sector’s workforce development council.
