HR Innovator

This award is presented annually to a Top Fleet Employer that has demonstrated a “thinking outside of the box” approach towards their HR initiatives. This means being a forward thinker about elements that may impact their organization, and being able to creatively come up with a beneficial solution. It can be a one-time initiative focused on one aspect of an HR plan, or an ongoing initiative that is unique or industry-leading. Whether it is a new technology or a new idea, we want to learn about it.

Here, applicants are encouraged to share details of their innovation or best practice in Section 9 of the application.
