HR Leader of the Year

This award is presented to an individual from a Top Fleet Employer that has demonstrated excellence in the operations and overall HR management of their organization. This individual exemplifies human resources practices within their organization and serves as an effective role model for other HR professionals in the trucking industry.

The application for this award is separate from the Top Fleet Employer application and opens after the Top Fleet Employers are announced in April. The application period runs until the end of August.
