Training and Skills Development

This award is presented annually to a Top Fleet Employer that has demonstrated a formal commitment to supporting their employees through various professional and skills development by fostering a culture focused on continuous and ongoing training and learning. This includes offering career development opportunities and identifying key processes/programs for performance management and training across the entire organization.
