In relation to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, many employers are considering the creation of a mandatory vaccination policy within their workplace. While on August 13th, 2021, it was announced that the federally regulated trucking and logistics industry is exempt from the federal vaccine mandate, the sector has been encouraged to urge their employees to get vaccinated. In various jurisdictions, mandatory vaccination policies have been on the rise in relation to public health recommendations. ??
