Complaint resolution process

This self-paced course prepares designated recipients and other individuals responding to workplace complaints to correctly administer the complaint resolution process. It reviews procedural requirements and other relevant regulatory areas and provides additional instruction on HR best practices to help prepare individuals for this role. This course is oriented towards individuals in federally regulated workplaces. Individuals who complete this course receive a certificate.
