Ottawa ON (January 26, 2026) — A senior executive with Arrow Group of Companies has joined the Trucking HR Canada (THRC) Board of Directors.
Jackie Charles, Arrow’s Vancouver-based Chief Risk and Information Officer, brings over 20 years of trucking industry experience and more than 15 years of service on non-profit boards, as well as an MBA and ICD.D designation to her new role.
“Jackie’s long-standing commitment to the trucking industry and a strong belief in the importance of human resource leadership will make a significant contribution to THRC’s Board of Directors and their decision making,” says Angela Splinter, CEO, THRC. “THRC’s strategic goal-setting will benefit from her expertise in sustainability, strategic development, information technology, and enterprise risk management.”
THRC’s 10-member Board of Directors is made up of committed and demonstrated leaders from across Canada who support the organization’s vision to grow a competitive and sustainable supply chain. Their expertise and insight from all corners of trucking and logistics provide strategic direction so THRC staff can develop and implement programs and projects that ensure industry employers have the skilled workforce needed today and into the future.
