Women’s Leadership Accord
New THRC program spotlights employers leading the way in creating great workplaces for women
We're celebrating organizations taking concrete action to recruit, retain, and support women, encourage their success, and showcase opportunities in our sector for a fulfilling career.
Organizations can join the Accord in two simple steps:
1. Commit to meet the program’s four pillars: gender equity, inclusivity, safety, and empowerment
2. Earn the certificate by demonstrating what you already have in place to take action in the areas of:
- leadership
- attraction and recruitment
- retention
- health and safety
- community engagement
