New THRC program spotlights employers leading the way in creating great workplaces for women

We're celebrating organizations taking concrete action to recruit, retain, and support women, encourage their success, and showcase opportunities in our sector for a fulfilling career.
Organizations can join the Accord in two simple steps:
1. Commit to meet the program’s overarching goals: gender equity, inclusivity, safety, and empowerment
2. Earn the certificate by demonstrating everything you have in place to support the Accord pillars:
- leadership
- attraction and recruitment
- retention
- health and safety
- community engagement
